Sign Up Period

  1. Students can sign up for Term 3 activities starting at 8am on Monday, March 18th, right up until midnight on Friday, April 5th, 2024. 

  2. Students have a grace period to withdraw from the activity during this sign up period. 

  3. Random allocation will take place between April 8-12th, 2024.

  4. Term 3 activities will start the week of April 15th, 2024 unless otherwise stated. 

  5. All activities that are oversubscribed will be randomly allocated (Only activities that receive
    pre-approval from parents will be included in the random allocation.).

  6. An "Successful Allocation E-mail" will be sent to those students that have secured a spot following the random allocation process, highlighting the activities that each student has been allocated to. These will also appear on the student’s summary page. 

  7. For some Music/Performing Arts Activities, you may be required to seek consent from or audition with the Music/Drama department before signing up.

  8. Fee based programs will require a direct payment to the service provider either by cheque, bank transfer and such. Click here for complete information.

Registration is NOT on a first-come-first-served basis. All students who register will be placed on the waiting list until the end of the registration period. If the number of enrolment exceeds the maximum number of participants, names will be drawn randomly by Lionel to only allocate those that have been pre-approved by parents to join the activity.

ONLY STUDENTS can sign up by using their own login

  1. Login under your own LIONeL account

  2. Go to the Student Summary page

  3. Under the Activities Heading click on the pencil icon 

  4. A page of suitable activities for your year group will be displayed

  5. Make your selection by clicking on the "Enrol" checkbox

  6. If the activity you've selected requires an additional fee, you will be prompted by an alert box which requires your acknowledgment. Click ok to confirm

  7. There is a two week period where you can withdraw from the activity by deselecting the checkbox under "Enrol"

  8. All students who register will be placed on a waiting list until the end of the registration period.
    If the number of enrolment exceeds the maximum number of participants, names will be drawn randomly by Lionel to allocate only those that have been pre-approved by parents to join     the activity.

  1. Once the student have registered, an E-mail with a direct hyperlink will be sent to parents for pre-approval ahead of the random allocation process.

  2. All students who register will be placed on the waiting list until the end of the registration period. If the number of enrolment exceeds the maximum number of participants, names will be drawn randomly by LIONeL to allocate only those that have been pre-approved by parents to join the activity. 

  3. Parents approval is a must in order to participate in any activity including sports trials.
